Shane Williams Promotions Ltd is proud to offer our customer exclusive Black Tie Dinners. Strategically planned around the rugby season we promise to deliver two per annum at different locations, with different themes each time. Our seating arrangement will allow guests to invite up to 10 clients per table.

For a great evening all you need to do is book your table and arrive, we will do the rest. Our staff will ensure that you and your guests are escorted throughout the evening.

A typical Black Tie Evening would flow as follows;

Upon arrival you will be ushered to the champagne reception area where guests and your respective clients can network, and be met and greeted by some of the world’s most famous sporting stars. You will also have an opportunity to have your picture taken with your chosen star, by our professional photographer, and a chance to obtain autographs from your sporting heroes, personally signed to yourself, or those close to your heart.

The evening will progress when you will be ushered to the main banqueting area, where you can enjoy a first class meal in the company of the stars.

After dinner you will have the chance to relish a moment by asking a personal question to the star of your choice, and receive a direct answer, to you from the star of your choice.

First class entertainment second to none will then follow, which will for sure top off an evening that will live in your memories for years.

Shane Williams Promotions realises that you and your customers would like to extend the memory and have therefore partnered with ‘Andrew Heard Photography’ a chosen professional photographer. All photographs can then be viewed and ordered online, so please listen out for instructions of how to order on the evening.
