Magners League champions!!!!!”

Over the moon with the performance by the boys in the Magners league Final.

Nobody expected us to go to Dublin and pull off a shock win against a side who had beaten us in the last 6 games especially at the RDS ground where they had not lost in a Magners league game for 2 years!!! Well Done Boys!!!!

Congratulations to a fellow Osprey Tom Prydie on his first try for Wales against the Springboks. I’m sure there will be many more to come.

Low’s – Its rest time for me now as I have had an ongoing shoulder problem that has ruled me out of the Summer tour in NZ and unfortunately also ruled me out of the game versus South Africa.

I’m hoping I will be able to just rest and not have any surgery! Fingers crossed.

Back to training for me now as we have a tough one against Leinster Saturday, but we are in good form and the boys are confident.

All I can say is what a night!

I hope everyone who attended enjoyed as much as I did? A real big thank you to Manor Park  for their hospitality and providing us with a tremendous venue , which we hope to use again time and time again. The night was a great success and everyone i spoke to seemed to have had a great night!

Also I have to mention my guests, Ryan Jones, Leigh Halfpenny, Nigel Owen and Mr Boyd Clack for supporting the evening and entertaining us all. I thought they were all superb.

I hope everyone had the opportunity to have their photo taken with the guys and get some memoribilia signed? We hope to see you all again very soon at forthcoming events, so keep visiting the web site for updates.
